Yes, I elected to do our own work and let our domestic worker go due to minimum wages.
Yes, minimum wages are way, way too much! Especially, taking into consideration what they do.
We clean our house in less than 1 hour and in less than 3 hours we 'spring clean'.
You will be surprised to know what your domestic worker is doing the rest of the time... and you are paying for it - believing that you pay too little. LOL!!

Yes, all my employees are allowed free access to the Internet.
I have a second line for them to download. I give them the first 60GB + 60GB data bundle, and they club in for their own pre-paid data after that, load it and download as they wish.
They also know, the moment I see production falling, I will block Internet access, but the past 7 years it never was necessary.
