Zuma's people seem to be a lot more incompetent that Ghadaffi's people, so I don't think anyone will be doing anything about the current government here.

Were they not recently given a wack of money to resolve and upgrade their grids and power stations to be able to accomodate the growth and demands - or as per all the posts was this money blown on bonuses and back hands as in any other ANC powered estabilishment??
