If he was a millionaire just pay your admission of guilt R50 grand. They should just confiscate his drivers license. We don't need such reckless drivers on our road. I noticed a few drivers driving reckless the other day, they hoot at you on a 60 KM/h zone, overtake you and drive probably 130 km/h, contacted the council member of the area. They might possibly erect a speed camera.
