Article: E-toll tariff now 30c per km

The e-toll tariff for light vehicles with e-tags has been reduced to 30c/km, Sanral said on Friday.

This was down from the 40c/km decided on last year, Sanral toll and traffic manager Alex van Niekerk told reporters in Pretoria.

Thats like saying you wont be raped now by a 12" cock in your a$$, but rather a 10" one

They can reduce it to 1c a km ... I still won't be getting an eTag.

Until most of the money collected doesn't go towards collecting the money , the fskers can send me a bill

What does the law say about not paying for tolls? I think you are fully in your right to protest the costs but can't they come after you if you use the road without paying? What would happen if you skipped one of those manual tollbooths? I'm pretty sure you'd be fined/arrested.

They sneaked in amandments to the legislation, see link! I think public disobidience will win this time around...

According to radio reports....

'new legislation' will be brought in to enforce compliance...... whatever that means.

People should have protested before they built all of it!
People thought that the government who is supposed to represent them would consult them and would have their best interests at heart :wtf: . After all, that's supposed to be their job

I don't think anyone was prepared for the fsking that SANRAL is trying to dish out to us.

Was it not gazetted?
