Article: Eugene Terre'blanche was worth R3 million

Slain right-wing leader Eugene Terre'blanche's widow, Martie, will inherit R3 million from him, Beeld newspaper reported on Friday.

His lawyer, Gerrie Basson, told the Afrikaans daily that Terre'blanche did not have a testament at the time of his death, but his estate was worth R3.3 million.

R3,000,000 is not a lot of money for a Farmer... sounds pretty much like the entire estate consists of the value of the farm itself and the farming tools, houses, equipment, etc.
In fact... it sounds a little bit low for a Farm Estate. Also very unusual for the estate to be wound up so quickly, especially where there has been a criminal case involved.
It is not unusual for estates to take 3 to 5 years to be wound up.
He did not have much, and must have had a very simple will.

Just proves he wasn't into enriching himself at all costs, like the current lot in control thinks is their birthright.

Apparently there was no will.

His farm was not intensively farmed. It is just a cattle farm ... with just a few cattle. No much equipment or implements needed.
If it were a crop farm the value would have been much higher.

I think you don't understand the meaning of proof. Unless you can prove he had the means to enrich himself like the current lot , it proves nothing.

I'm willing to bet he was just a lazy ******* who mismanaged most of his inheritance.

Article confirms what I said.... except for the not having a will part.
Doesn't take much more than common sense to guess what he had... that is if you even have any common sense to begin with.

Why does this make news? Who's business is it but his heirs/creditors how much he was worth.

No, flower, I have uncommon sense.

More importantly, what's happened to the two blokes that killed him? For such a high profile case you'd think we would have regular updates or something.

Apparently he had approximately R 600 000 in cash.
Not bad for some one that could not pay his labourers because he did not have money.
( According to the media reports direcly after his death)

No one knows. There is a minor involved and the case is held in camera.
