I cannot help but ask what demographic grouping can be applied to such a savage breed of homo sapiens?

STATSSA should group these separately from now on so we can know how many and what their locations are in order to prevent us from becoming their future victims.

Any they wondered why they couldn't vote - voting takes responsibility hence why 12 year olds cannot vote but here we let savages vote? - just look at our country today. The fruits of letting savages and corrupt criminals vote.
