i almost fell off my chair when I read this:
"Though Sentech declines to say how many subscribers have signed up for MyWireless, Potgieter says 4 000 are waiting for the service. The target is to have 30 000 customers by March."
what!?!?! they can barely handle the customers they have at the moment, and they want to take on more!?! how ridiculous!!!
tip to sentech: sort out your crap with the "apparent" 1% of clients first, THEN you can take on more people!
Hopefully we as a community can do enough to discourage these people from signing up until Sentech have proved that they can provide a proper service to ALL of of their clients...
