Article: Malema EFF rally

Been saying we will have to vote ANC in my opinion, large majority of the voting population are poor and nothing for them will change under the ANC and they won't vote DA, enter malema the option for them.

Call me stupid for saying it but the reality is malema could very well get a huge number of voters. He is the a proper option for the poverty stricken of this country to vote for, in their minds anyhow. Nothing will change whether they live in poverty now or under malema does it matter to them?

As much as I love my country, I'd rather leave than vote for a corrupt politician or party for the sole purpose of canceling out a single vote made by someone else. You are supposed to be voting someone in that best represents your ideologies - and voting in someone blatantly corrupt defeats the entire point of the democratic system.

Who else think there's a real possibility that the EFF will win most votes of the poor uneducated in this country because of empty promises?

They are most welcome to share my debt hahahaha! The masses have this false idea that ALL whites have bank accounts with loads of cash in the hundreds of thousands. Fekking twats!
blah blah blah!

I smell Ekstasis

Malema was very clever with this idea. He knows that the mass population could be dragged by their noses. The EFF with enough marketing and money behind it might just be able to win a national election. Then the k@k will fly. SA might kneel sooner than we think. Revolution!

I doubt it, I was out and campaigning with Agang SA in the townships today, they still think Malema is a joke. Its either ANC, don't vote or Agang. Out of the 500 or so people that we tried to sign up, only about 3 would like to vote for the EFF.

Not bad 3 out of 500

You're overly optimistic, but I guess that goes with the territory. People won't be voting in a corporate entity into government any time soon.

Which corporation entity? If you think Agang is a corporation then you're just delusional.

If love your country you would ensure malema never comes to power, that may mean voting for the ANC. If you truly love SA you would use for vote to ensure another mugabe does not wreck an african country.

While i agree with you, you need to look at the reality of the ANC then look at reality of a malema run country. What would you rather have?

Competition is good, just don't want him to ever win...

so what is wrong in appointing the best man or women for the job?

How exactly is a newspaper editor part of a corporation or an entrepreneur?
Mills Soko is a director, but his main job is a Professor in economic and foreign policy...

quite frankly at this point in time I believe that Aganga''s executive is better qualified than any other political party's. They are even more qualified than the DA.

I believe in the democratic system as a principal (maybe some things here and there I think could do with a little tweaking, but as a whole the system is pretty good.) By voting for the sole purpose to cancel out someone else's vote, I am not voting in someone that best matches my principals and is someone whom I want to represent me - instead I am casting my ballot to deny someone else a vote that they are entitled to make. This defeats the entire point of the democratic process. To be honest, it's quite immoral to do so.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
