Is that a mistake? Surely it shouldn't be able to print 20 pages per minute in colour as well as 20 pages per minute in black.

EDIT: Perhaps not, I see it's like that on their webpage also. Just thought it can't be right since the colour print speed for all the other models are slower than the black print speed.
