I'm struggling to reproduce this. The links to the article from the forum and to the forum from the article are working for me.
My bad, was a cache issue in chrome.

I emptied cache and hard reloaded, all good now.

Works fine with uBlock Origin disabled. With it on:

No such problem with other pages. Maybe something in the URL triggering it.

Former Vodacom executive wants SIM card registrations to require biometric verification in SA

Former Vodacom chief risk officer Johan van Graan has proposed requiring biometric verification for SIM card registrations in South Africa.

According to Van Graan, the Regulation of Interception of Communications Act (RICA) is flawed, and requiring facial recognition for SIM card registrations will help reduce SIM swap fraud.

I don't see the article linked in the OP? https://mybroadband.co.za/news/cell...t-be-linked-to-sim-cards-in-south-africa.html
