Very telling.

Affirmative action will always be an essential part of any black endeavours because, in the interior prior to the late 1800s, the indigenous population, including her ancestors, had no competition from any whites for thousands of years and were unable to produce anything of any value when they had the field to themselves.

That excludes the old Cape Colony where they were incapable of living because they were not even able to grow crops beyond the Fish River
