Article: No white men for SAA training programme

The DA and Solidarity were fuming on Friday over news that the pilot cadet training programme of SA Airways (SAA) excluded white men.

"It is disturbing that SAA have opted to exclude people from its pilot training programme on the basis of race and gender," said Democratic Alliance MP Natasha Michael.
 
So I guess that I do not qualify to be a passenger on SAA either.

In any event, I prefer the chicks on 1Time and Emirates.
 
BEE is racism, supposed to reverse the racism of the past. Yeah it's pretty contentious ... I do believe previously disadvantaged people need some help.

Till the company demographics represents the country demographics,so clearly 75% of their staff has to die or be fired
 
Yeah what can I say? It's just one of those things, I mean sure we can all bitch about it but basically there's nothing we can do about it. *shrug*
 
If the "majority" could not help themselves in 18 years time then it is never going to happen.

The ironic part is, enforcing affirmative action is pretty much them admitting they are inferior to the evil white man and need help to compete. Any dictionary will tell you that pointing inferiority, physical or intellectual, based on the colour of one's skin ... is simple racism.

The ANC led government is guilty of racism against blacks. :D
 
Good, in 5 years from now everyone one this forum will teach their children to look left, right and upwards!

I also thought this has been in place for a while.
Strange how its now acceptable to bar a certain race group - sort of like 20 years ago all over again.
