I doubt they allow whites to join, would be interesting to see if they have any whites, by law they could not say it officially.

You don't need to doubt, they do allow white people to join as long as those members are willing to promote the advancement of black management. Obviously, that doesn't benefit the white members except for charitable causes. BMF, does use white people as mentors to some of their members or even to talk to BMF members.
