Sorry my mistake. He was in the VIP area of an exclusive party. Which he would wave been invited to? In any case.
He was allegedly drunk and he is allowed to go out? We must have more important news than this.
I think they should rename the trial days of our lives. Don't people have their own life?

Its a public place and I would think a murderer would not go get snot drunk while out on bail and waiting for the outcome of the biggest murder case in our history.
This just shows the mentality of this psycho

Other guy was a dumbass for putting himself in harms way. Piss drunk + alleged murderer. You must have balls of tungsten to deliberately go and provoke someone like that.
 
And none of those so-called witnesses will be willing to put what they witnessed into an affidavit. I think there is a 3rd story to it to - remember that Jared is buddies with Batchelor and all of them know the same people as OP (Fresco, Meyers, van der Burgh etc) and based on history they both still had a fight to pick. OP is obviously such an arrogant idiot to go out into public - it is predictable that there are a ton of people out there who will just agitate him to get the news like what happened over the weekend.

No he is not an alleged murderer, he murdered her, any idiot knows that, we just dont know if it was pre med murder.
As for the other guy, well if you know him, you would know he is also a chop

The other guy isn't exactly a little ray of sunshine either.
 
One is not supposed to drink alcohol while on antidepressants and if one does one cannot be held liable for ones actions.

Aye. If I were the nightclub owner I would never let an opportunity like this go, without 'arranging' something to happen that will get my club's name in the news. Who wouldn't?

What I am 100% certain is that he wasn't telling the truth on the stand. I think we'll never know exactly what happened that night whether he serves jail time or a suspended sentence at home.

I'm going to find interesting how the judge is going to interpret the other two charges against Oscar and and how those if any will reflect on the main charge of murder. Two witnesses said Oscar shot out of the sunroof yet Oscar denies it. Oscar says he stores his father's ammunition is in his safe although Oscar is emancipated from his father but his father refuses to acknowledge this. Oscar said he took responsibility for shooting in the restaurant and paying for damages but all the witnesses cannot remember this.

Oscar denying the other charges are seriously going to damage his credibility on the stand.
 
while I do believe he is guilty as sin, he hasn't yet been convicted of anything. so he is allowed to go out in public just like the ordinary joe blogs.

there is always 3 sides to a story, his, hers and the truth. i'm waiting for the truth to come out.
 
Was Oscar on his stumps and was the other guy very tall as things could have escalated in a different way?

You would think he would show some restraint and wait until the verdict is out. But no lets go drink and hang out at a bar / club

bull, you are held accountable for your actions if you drink while taking antidepressants. it's called substance abuse if you do that.
