I still fail to see how one person's experiences at his shop can be extrapolated to apply at every single shop in the country.
We also employ workers at our factory here... must I take his experiences as gospel for what I should expect from my workers?
Just because this guy or your friend have had bad experiences, does not mean I must assume that all Petrol Attendants are wicked ,lazy and angry.
I would want to know in each case how the managers are treating their staff, what they are paying them, what working conditions are like, etc.

I think what that worker did to has manager was despicable, and he deserves the full wrath of the law.
But I simply made a comment that I had noticed several of these events in the last few years and wondered what was going on with worker/manager relations.

Just so you know, most if not all petrol station's owners have to adhere to certain guidelines (in the manual nogal) regarding their staff... and this is supervised by the head office of the relevant brand e.g. BP, Shell ,Etc...

Why wonder? It is a known fact: 10% smaller brain (mostly cortex) which results in a 20% less IQ. Violent crime is directly related to ones intelligence. After all you need some brains to understand the consequences of your actions.

Just a thought, and please dont take the following as me supporting the statements that blacks have smaller brains or anything like that.

But the thought is. That there could be topics out there that are just not up for exploration because it touches on very sensitive nerves. If there were such data to support this claim, that black people have smaller cortexes. Do you really think that science would allow it out. Consider the sensitivity of the subject. The world is trying so hard to pull away from Racism and the release and support of these findings (If they were true) would prevent that growth.

As much as science is all for the facts of our world. How much good would it do to release data like this and support it. It would cause 99% harm and 1% good. I know that if I was the head of some international science forum and someone came to me with this info, I would ensure that it got squashed, just because of the social-economic impacts that it may have. If someone went out and released that info anyway, I would do everything in my power to discredit them and their findings.

Like I said, I dont specifically believe these reports, just thought that this was an interesting thought to ponder.

As far as the mental capacity of this particular individual is concerned. I would fully support the notion that he has or had some kind of reduced rational capacity at the time of his actions. Whether this reduction is a permanent one, or simply a temporary one induced by drugs or alcohol I dont know, but I could not set someone on fire without being heavily drugged up on some really crazy ****.

Agreed, I dont support it at all. I think its a baseless arguement that causes much harm and no good. Its just an excuse that people lean on because they dont understand how someone can be so extreme with their violence. I dont think it has anything to do with brain size. I think it has to do with social circumstances leading to substance abuse, hard times, feeling invincible with the unions at your back, etc....

I hope the law does not fail the owner here. This guy must not get away with this like so many others seem to do.

Where do these things come from? AFAIK a study was done as to why Germans had larger brains than the French. Turns out that it had to do with the Germans actually being bigger than the French - the brain size difference was proportional to the body size difference.

But it would appear that nobody bothered to take body size into account when considering why women have smaller brains than men.

And I am pretty sure that black folk have brains proportional to their body size. BOCTMBOE.

Exceptions do exist - in general, there are ususally 'large' people, being transported by vehicles with blue lights, that have very small brains.

Yeah nothing about the tendency of some people towards extreme violence, when the labor force have a dispute or are unhappy, triggered these events. Maybe you can enlarge under which conditions such actions are warranted?

What are you on about? Of course there will be claims that the labor force was maltreated and that the racist owner got what he deserved from the the abused workers, that is the normal excuse that certain MyBB members always come up with in these extremely violent labor disputes, thats what I am alluding too as that is the same argument used when a farmer is murdered by his employees. ET was point and case as an example so was many more. I never said it's the same modus operandi as in all farm murders which is claimed to be genocide as you stated. I said the same "excuse" will be lodged, referring to labor disputes, learn to read in context.
