its about time things were done right.
EVERYWHERE! I work in pretoria and boy is that place stuck in the apartheid years!
I do my bit. I refuse to speak afrikaans ( i mean if a zulu speaking person can speak english to a xhosa speaking person, why can a true global language be spoken by all?)
wasting money?? oooh, but its okay to spend hours of time complaining on this forum and incurring paid for company time, and committing our children to debt!
wasting time naming those places in the first place knowing very well ur joy ride was gonna come to an end someday - is that not wasting money!
change the names. get rid of all these "white" nonsense..
we live in Africa.
btw, I am a true south african, embracing OUR heritage. my parents may not have been born here, nor in africa, but I am! making me from non-african decent supports my argument even more!

By job is performance based. I'm free to dick around all I want as long as my deadlines are met. Heck I can work from home if I want to. Showing face for 8 hours a day does not mean that any work is being done.

though I am not disillusioned: my CTC is still calculated at a per hour cost to my company- regardless of "targets" - cant believe people still get bluffed by that!
