I gave up respecting a system as corrupt as ours a long time ago... if you can't beat 'em, join 'em (not the rape, but hey, goodluck getting me to pay that speeding fine...)

In what country do you think the justice system is not corrupt? In what country do you think the rich cannot afford justice much easier than others? Welcome to the world!

My point is that if we are happy with those court verdicts that go our way, we must also respect those that we do not necessarily like.

There is a difference between not being convicted and not being guilty.
A court may rule "not guilty" due to insufficient evidence or some technicality regardless of the innocence or guilt of the defendant.
Big difference.

That is sadly the deficiency in the system. Sometimes, guilty people are found not guilty and vice versa. It happens in every justice system in every country. What do you suggest as alternative? Kangaroo court?

What I am referring to is something called the rule of law. I am truly scared that people do not grasp this. Our people must be educated.

Allowing Shrien Dewani to return to UK immediately after the murder of Annie was a stunning example of ineptitude.

I have to wonder what's in it for Pastor Ivan Waldeck (ex-gangster turned pastor) who has offered Staggie the job.

If they stick to church activities they can screw people over big time - perfectly legally.
 
Didn't the parole board say that he was receiving plenty of job offers?

He must be a really, really good cleaner, or the headhunting business has lowered its standards remarkably...
