Article: Rugby versus Miss World

South Africa's first Miss World, of 56 years ago, Penny Coelen-Rey, is annoyed, to say the least.

She told Beeld newspaper she missed most of the Miss World competition on Sunday night, won by Miss SA Rolene Strauss, because the men in her house were watching rugby.
 
Who gives a toss Penny.... Rugby is more important than some pointless beauty pageant.

Good thing Penny didn't break a hip "running around the house"...Go Bokke. Jirre they are playing well. Guys are much more relaxed playing under Neil than Treu and it shows. He didn't last long at Kenya, a culture where screaming and shouting does not bear fruit...

Thread effectively derailed since Pageants are sexist and obsolete.

And in other news, Tony Leon had toast for breakfast this morning because his wife forgot to get milk from the Spar yesterday, removing the option for his usual Coco Pops.

Clearly the men in ms Coelen-Rey's household have their priorities straight.
Who in their right mind would want to see photoshop prancing around on a catwalk and promising world peace if you can see Senatla and co. burning up some kikuyu?
