Equality is too high ...

What does this even mean? There is too much equality now, or these is not enough equality now? (Although, what does that even mean... ?)

This report states that the Chamber of Mines banner reads, "... Inequality is too high ...". Still not sure what "high" inequality means. Possibly "Inequality is too prevalent" would make more sense, or even "There is still too much inequality". Won't this always be the case though? Or are they advocating a society in which everyone is equal in every possible way? Everyone in the country gets the same salary? Then there will be true equality? Or maybe they just want "less" (severe) inequality.

Ahhh, having banners that make sense is too much effort for the marchers (and the YL) to actually comprehend.

Rather but keywords in a more marketing type reference works more effectively for them
