A taxis lost control on Koeberg road and went into the wall of the doctors practice. The taxi hit a pedestrian and cut off his leg from below the knee and his foot. the driver ran away. I am not sure if there were people in the taxi but the smashed windscreen looks like it was cause by a head hitting it either from inside or the guy outside.
