Article: TB Joshua Visa debate

Now is not the time to discuss the granting of a visa allowing Nigerian preacher TB Joshua to enter South Africa, Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe said on Wednesday.

He was responding to a question on what government planned to do about a call to deny the man in charge of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Lagos permission to enter the country.

Why didn't we have that plane or chopper fly on Zumaville?

I don't get it. On what grounds should he be denied a visa?

It seems like he's coming to console the victims families. That's quite a nice thing to do I reckon and would no doubt be comforting if the families are as religious as the deceased obviously were.

I think some people hold him responsible in a sense for what happened. That and the fact that he is a piece of trash of the highest order.

I get the piece of trash bit, and I totally agree, but how can he be blamed for a building collapsing?

Besides, due to the circumstances, shouldn't it be God's fault?

Lack of maintenance or care on the buildings etc...? I don't know. I think he should come here so someone can hopefully dish out some justice to him.

He approved the building.. He is directly responsible for every single one of those deaths..

If he is an engineer and he signed it off, then of course he should be hung out to dry.

Let's deny the Dalai Lama and allow this tool.

And this is my point. We can't stop people coming into the country because they are arseholes. It would be nice of course, but who decides who is an arsehole? Well at the moment it's the biggest bunch of arseholes in the country who are doing the judging and look how that's working out with the Dalai Lama.

It's a fscking embarrassment.

Visitors visas like every other permit or indeed decision made in this country should be handed out or made consistently according to a set of rules we all follow whether we like the person as an individual or not.

What if he is a cheapskate that used day labour and a few friends with construction Knowledge to slap together the building without plans nor inspection?

What is the construction scene like in Nigeria?

You don't need to be an engineer to know that certain things need more than just a cursory "ok"

Taking a 2 story building and adding 3 stories is not ok unless you strengthen the foundations and supporting columns,..

Basically it is a free-for-all....

I've see photos of buildings with bamboo used as the "reinforcing" in concrete columns holding up multi story buildings....

Allow him in then arrest him for murdering people and running a cult.

The dalai llama(I don't believe he's a deity, just a regular person) or Tenzin Gyatso, is just as much of a tool. I hope he never gets a visa to South Africa. China might not be the shining example of human rights, but neither is the west. What happened in Tibet before Chinese intervention was horrendous:

I humored the tripe as best as I could; and then I found this for you:

It seems as though this tripe is larger tripe than I had thought. It is pungent, and carries the aroma of an agenda.

The amount of fallacies in just two of those articles is ridiculous.

The guest author on the huffington post article talks about the youth lining up overnight to ensure that they get seats to a seminar being hosted by the Dalai Lama at one of their Universities. Now a lie is introduced early, which states that all these youth are gathering because the Dalai Lama has been displayed as a fantastic person in the media.
That's quite an arrogant statement (one of many) to make, with many implications. That is not the reason why people are gathering in the masses to go see him. There is no Dalai Lama TV. The reason they want to see him is because he is a the real deal. He teaches Buddhism, and describes it as a science of the mind. Modern Western Psychology, as the years progress is adopting more and more of the practices of Buddhism; and people want to experience some of these incredible truths in person. Even the notion of thinking of him as a deity, is western propaganda. The argument against him being a deity is a fallacy of his own.

It's quite simple. Why on Earth would the Chinese suddenly decide to be human rights activists and seek to abolish slavery in Tibet. That is ridiculous. The system in China Today could be described as slavery with the illusion of freedom. People are born into families there that work for companies that live their lives under the shroud of those companies. They are born, need to start working at a very young age to ensure that they can pay for their own education. To eventually have a higher role in that company. The companies even host weddings for the people as a sort of fringe benefit. Their lives are tied to the company. Their system is perfect in the use of humans as human resources. It is the reason why they have won the money game.

Now with their global standings, and involvement all around the world. What do they do with the big black blotch on their CV? The carnage and brutal destruction of the peaceful land of Tibet?
Well quite simple, re-invent history. Change the story.

Fallacies work big time, propaganda works big time. I do not like spreading of misinformation, that's why I've replied to you.
