Article: The Spear attack at ANC forum

Justice Minister Jeff Radebe described "The Spear" painting as an insult to the president, during an ANC forum on freedom of expression in Durban on Tuesday.

"I have no doubt that the painting depicting the private parts of the President [Jacob Zuma], which has generated wide debate among society, is inhumane and defamatory and does not meet the standards set out by constitution," Radebe said.

The constitution critiques art? Generating debate is unconstitutional?

"However, even in those instances, it does not mean that public figures somehow cease to become human beings who deserve human dignity and privacy," he said.

But it's ok to parade an old, dying (great) man in front of the world ahead of elections? Delusional, the lot of them.

Just shows you incompetent those in government are. The just minister clearly knows nothing about the constitution.
