Article: Tshwane and Pretoria debate

South Africans should find a win-win solution in situations where differences about cultural heritage and recognition develop in communities, the Freedom Front Plus said on Monday.

"Room should be made for Tshwane and Pretoria, Tlokwe and Potchefstroom, Freedom Park and the Voortrekker Monument," FFPlus leader Pieter Mulder said in a statement.
 
Easy... follow Durban's footsteps.

The Metro area is called eThekwini, while Durban as an area is still Durban.
 
The cANCer doesn't care, they will do whatever they want. Democracy isn't in their minds, and neither are the important issues.

Oh I swear at the eThekwini "company" when I see that account, it always screws up my day when they send it to me.
 
With the corruption so rampant in government institutions (or basically the country as a whole), who gives a rats ass what they call it?
In that context what is there to be proud of in keeping the name Pretoria or changing it to Tshwane?

Also by now when I hear "tshwane" all I hear is "corrupt, incompetent, fubar municipality"?
