A bogus traditional healer and three Zimbabwean nationals were arrested in Pretoria on Friday as part of a crack-down on illegal advertising, the Tshwane metro council said. Spokesman Console Tleane said the three Zimbabweans were caught distributing pamphlets and posters, while a Ugandan who claimed to be a traditional healer was suspected of drug dealing.
