A Johannesburg woman has been robbed by a woman pretending to be blind and two accomplices, Gauteng police said on Tuesday.

The accomplices approached the 25-year-old woman and asked her to help their blind friend cross a road in the Johannesburg CBD on Monday, said Warrant Officer Xoli Mbele.

We had a deaf beggar at the door of our offices yesterday, complete with cue cards. I looked at the card and mouthed to him that I couldn't hear them cos im also deaf and he showed thumbs up, took his card and left lol.
