Article: Zuma elected as president

The new National Assembly on Wednesday elected President Jacob Zuma unopposed for a second term as head of state after a failed bid by the Democratic Alliance to argue that he was not fit for the post.

After the ANC nominated Zuma, the DA's James Selfe rose to ask that Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng rule that he was not a "fit and proper person", notably because of his inadequate response to reports from the Public Protector.
 
Seems like the ANC are still in slavery.

They are slaves to fiction. The fiction is that Zoomster is fit to be president.

No, in 5 years Zuma will finally be recognized as the tool he is, and then the next ANC candidate will promise change because he's a new guy....and so begins the cycle again!

If they have not by now realised the tool he is they never will, goodness even Malema got 1M+ votes and most know about his antics!
 
So there goes the theory that people believe that. The ANC would select a new president.

DA just making a scene about whether JZ is fit to be prez or not.... doesn't matter if he's fit or capable or not. we all know, even if he is the worst, incapable, possible candidate, the election gave him the power to proudly step up for the job. the majority of fools in the country chose him, again, and he is sure to disappoint, again.
And until that majority wake up and learn from mistakes, JZ will be happy that he is fulfilling the people's will.
some people like to suffer... they'll say "eish this is a ***** life!" and when they have the opportunity to change things, the go and choose the same fn thing "hmmm, this is good *****!"
almost like women who get moered by abusive husband, and keeeep on going back to him.

Is he the cream of the ANC? Must be an organisation of thieves and philanderers then.
 
Lots of dodgy presidents around the world. We are not unique.
