Zuma is obviously better in bed than he is at running a country.
 
I'm sure the local hoi polloi will be overjoyed to hear that localized service delivery will be taking a back seat due to this - which will be needing a lot of money.

Otoh - isn't this why Zuma supported the decision to go ahead with the toll roads?

Frankly I don't care if he has 4 dozen wives - just don't make me help pay for them and their offspring.
