Need to help someone put his surround sound speakers in the corners of his tv room. Do you know of something specifically that i can use for the wires to make stick them to the corners? I need something that shines through but it could be white too and that sticks immediately. Sillicone do not stick very well.

Thanks

clear Bostik glue from the hardware or security shop (NOT THE YELLOW KIND).
Come in little tubes. You run a little squirt all along the way in the corner and push the wire into the corner.
It may not stick immediately, but it will 30 seconds later.

Thanks Garyvdh, appreciate it. How much is it for a little tube? How many do you think would i need? Thanks

The ones at places that sell alarms usually stick pretty instant

It's pretty cheap. Can't remember exactly, but I think I paid about R100 for a pack of ten tubes.

Be careful not to let the hot glue melt the wires or damage anything heat-sensitive.

I prefer the tubes of glue that Garyvdh suggested. Glue guns are a pain in the ass, and they are messy, especially for average joes who only use them once in a blue moon. I also find that the wiring sticks on better with tube glue than glue gun glue - specifically the clear glue. The yellowish types of glue seem to work well from a glue gun.

+1

And plan your layout in detail before (obviously :)).

Yeah like finger, that glue feels like it stays hot for a long time once you try glueing yourself to the wall.
