Assistance with Billion router

Greetings all,

Please accept my appologies if this is posted in the wrong forum.

I have a Billion 810VGTX router supplied by Telkom which has been giving me intermittent connectivity issues to the internet.
During a firmware update, I experienced a power outage and now sitting with a "brick"
I have been able to connect to the unit using E4 , serial adaptor and a telnet app and able to interact with the router.
I am now looking for a recovery file for this router(not the firmware update) which has a .cem extension
Anyone able to assist with this?

I will gladly share my process of repairing this unit if I can get the file.

iircc Billion had a rep who posted on this forum. i see though he last posted in June of 2010 and i'm not sure if i even have the correct person.... but you can try sending BILLION.aire a private message.
else there should be contact details on their homepage, i think them self can assist you best
