Nah, I'll test with the Lenovo 65w or the Dell 100wOnly way to test is to purchase it again and see if it works.
New firmware fixes 2 issues one it now works on the 100w dell charger, plus it outputs to my 32" LG okay still stuck at 1080p thoughView attachment 1560701
Got it at 1440p now
ROG outputs at 1080P because that's the max screen res and most games won't run well at full 4K. Maybe that's why you're having problems. ETA Prime got a few games to run at 4K, some with good results.
I only use this device in handheld mode and Remote Desktop to set things up which are complicated.
Sorry, had to test it and it's pretty good. No problems with the USB, PD and HDMI thus far.Very nice, how is the dock?
Only budget game pads are the Xbox ones. I'm busy using mine now with keyboard, mouse and everything on my desk.Sorry, had to test it and it's pretty good. No problems with the USB, PD and HDMI thus far.
But for the price, it's really good.
Any suggestions on a budget gamepad?
The Ally is my full desktop replacement. Got a USB-C to usb A adapter for the jsaux dock that the ally lives in when not playinghandheld, and plugged that into the official ally dock for more usb ports, even though it's only usb2.0. If I want to copy stuff to usb hdd or flash drives I can plug the jsaux in directly and make use of the 3.0 speeds.Only budget game pads are the Xbox ones. It actually does seem to work really well as a desktop replacement, I mean I've got my actual desktop there and I could use it at a flick of a switch, as I've got a kvm but I used the Ally all of today. The Ally is my full desktop replacement. I know. Sounds like a lot, but this setup kinda works so happy with it

Ah I did that when fiddling, games do look so much better.
Yeah don't see all games working 100%Racing game "Trail Out" is poorly optimized. Runs at 60fps in med settings at 720P at 1080P it can do 25-30fps. Has tons of NVIDIA DLSS options though but no love for AMD. At least Forza 4 and 5 are well optimized.

Nvidia centric game thenAnd it's not a graphics heavy game at all, the textures look worse than Forza 4 which runs at 60fps on medium-high.
