Thanks bud. I have an EA Play account, so it was a "free" download.Looking at the log of the EA app,
Something along the lines of
LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3365] Pak Decompression failed. PakFile: ../../../SwGame/Content/Paks/pakchunk11-WindowsNoEditor.pak.
A quick Google search shows that it's unable to unpack that file for some reason and the game engine crashes because it's unexpected

So, i have not even been able to play this game because of instant crashes. The game crashes when i go to options and the game crashes when i try to start a campaign. I tried installing the newest drivers, didn't work. I tried to backtrack to older drivers that were released nov 4th, didn't...steamcommunity.com
If it's a steam or EA play game, you should be able to verify the integrity of the files. Depending on which version was installed of course. If it's a pirate game, best to uninstall and reinstall after verifying integrity of the downloaded files.
All signs point to file corruption though, so if you can sort that out you should be golden

I called the store yesterday and they said to call the number on the sms they sent me.
Called the number and they told me to call the store. Tried calling the store throughout the day to just be put on hold.
Will go to the store tomorrow and see what the outcome is.

$100 is roughly 2k give or take. I wont try and wrap my brain around import duties on that scale, so let's just say Z1 will be R14 000 and Z1E R16 000 currently. We've seen IC sell Z1E for 15k recently. I don't know about the rest of the folk but spending that kinda money and not considering that little extra for a significant performance boost would be crazy to me, because why wouldn't you want more bang for your buck lol
If I remember correctly, the IC stores are franchises and therefore take individual responsibility for any returns - it's why they are so full of kuk when you return something - I hate dealing with them and will only buy from them as an absolute last resort or if it's a consumable item.Just an update IC doesn't want to refund or replace. They say they can only send for repairs. Even asked if I could pay the 15% restock fee. They said no. Have to book it in for repairs.
