Just an update guys. I went to the store today morning.
Person was there and told me they can only refund the rog ally and memory card is still being reviewed.
They wanted to offer store credit but I just wanted the cash.
They said they can't do it in store but will get head office to refund me as I bought online. So waiting now for the refund.

The argument from the store was that the bundle was listed as two separate items and each having its own product code on their invoice. I tried for days to fix it. The tech instore also tried. The card is gone, unable to write anything on it.If you could get the card working you could resell it for way more.
