Just an update guys. I went to the store today morning.
Person was there and told me they can only refund the rog ally and memory card is still being reviewed.

They wanted to offer store credit but I just wanted the cash.

They said they can't do it in store but will get head office to refund me as I bought online. So waiting now for the refund.

At least you have some resolution.

It’s still a bloody disgrace especially for what would appear to be one of their flagship stores.
 
IC also finally agreed to refund or replace my Delta 2. Given that the Delta 2 is on a special at R3K less I'll go for a refund and purchase a new one at R22K and not R25K.

What will they give you for the rog given it came with a free card or as a bundle. I suppose if they give you the full price back, it doesn't matter what they do about the card.

The argument from the store was that the bundle was listed as two separate items and each having its own product code on their invoice. I'm hoping that they just say that they found the card to be faulty and here's a refund.

I tried for days to fix it. The tech instore also tried. The card is gone, unable to write anything on it.

I’d ask them what’s taking so effing long? They’ve had the card for as long as they had the console.

Talk about leaving a bitter taste

Edit: you’re being fkkd around boet- once those cards go they’re gone
 
So I did end up with a 2nd one, much easier setup with a dock
