Asus Rog Ally

I'm not sure, that website shows 2 cpus and different ram configs

The higher end CPU is the same as the Z1 Extreme plus the AI (which is disabled on the Z1 Extreme) plus AMD's handheld tweaks on the Z1. The GPD uses slightly faster RAM and that's where the performance probably comes from.

Might be, though I would check reviews

JEDI Survivor very playable
For me I just like being able to play older games, I mean Fallout NV was released on Epic with all dlcs. But yeah it can play a few games on the go.

On which power profile?

Fallout NV runs on 10 to 15w no problems, some games need to have turbo

One can easily run PS4 era and early PS5 era games. Take DOA6 for example, runs at 60fps at 1080p on docked mode Turbo but at 18w will do above 30 fps at 1080p. Genshin Impact in medium-high settings runs at 50-60fps at 18w. In Turbo mode it runs 1080p with high settings at 60fps.

30fps on the screen isn't bad, feels like 360 but at full HD. Can shoot it to 60fps at 720p which on this screen isn't bad at all seeing as it's 7"

True, it's a small screen. For us casuals it doesn't matter anyway.

If you're not gaming on RTX 4090 after selling your 3090.... ;)
Nah I only go for the 70 series it's more affordable. But I do have a Series X, S, PC and my Ally

I'll give that a check :-) though I've just been catching up with New Vegas, I did try 20 minutes of Wolfenstein 2, though for some reason any new Doom/Wolfenstein game just makes me sea sick no idea why

Wolfenstein New Order runs well at 60fps at 1080p. It was on sale on Steam.

I see it's sold out at Makro and Incredible but is now available for purchase with a 3 year warranty:
