Wonder how quick and can it charge the Rog from 0 to 100%?
Has anyone set the maximum charge level to 80%? - it's meant to increase the life span of the battery

Have not set that, only saw it recently
.Okay it came with 80% charge, my ally was at 28%.
Power bank is at 38% after 30 minutes, ally at 72%

Fully charged from 28% in 42 minutes and the charger is at 26%.

I have mine set at 80%, same as my Samsung S22.

I've been playing Orcs Must Die on it, it was like R20, I also got the 2nd one which was R40 man for R20 I've not put it down
silly tower defense but the way you play it is great + it works really really well on the Ally on all modes, of course 30w is just insane.Someone made a website dedicated to the ROG Ally.

I'm curious about how much Windows 11 background services and telemetry stuff impact battery life and performance
Run mine plugged in, so can't tell you. Performance, maybe, I found that my performance for some games is slighly less than some YT videos I've seen but I haven't turned anything off, run an anti virus (Bitdefender) and have not disabled core isolation.
