Atomic Access Feedback

Anyone else notice a horrible slowdown tonight? About 45 minutes ago it seemed as though I was completely cut off. I could ping Atomic's IPs but no further than that. Now I have most of my connection restored, but it seems flaky still, MyBB works fine, News24, Reddit all okay, but GMail is dog slow and WhatsApp is taking a while to send / receive messages.

Weirdness.

Atomic got DDos attacked
 
Anyone picking up any international speed issues? I see from Friday at about 8:30pm my speedtests have dropped to about 20Mb. I'm on Octotel, 100Mb/s

You can see the dramatic drop on the left of the chart. Speetest to London - currently 17Mb/s - used to be consistant at about 50-60Mb/s.

I've also manually run against other international sites - same thing. This seems right after Octotel did maintenance in the area?

Local is fine - coming in at 80-100Mb/s

Going to send them an email when I get home - unchanged from my side.
 
I was disconnected over the weekend :X3: some trunking was moved on Friday at my BC and somehow my line didn't get reconnected properly again. So I'm just online again now. Will do some tests when I get home again.
 
Well my test results are still poor - only response I'm getting from Atomic is that their tests are fine.... so it's getting rather frustrating, I won't be paying much longer for a 1/5th of line speed and will be moving soon if I can't get assistance.

100Mb line where my uploads are better than my downloads.

I am on Atomic, Frogfoot FNO. Send me a test server you are using and I will do the same test on my side.

Getting consistently poor results across multiple servers, but the above graph is London Coreix

(and this is off peal and peak times)
 
I did a speed test to London last night and the speeds were okay. I'm on a 10/5 line on Octotel, and I got about 8 down and 4 up, so not ideal but acceptable IMO.

Might have been proportionally worse if I had a faster line.
 
For the first time since last week Friday, improvement at exactly 6pm... Manual tests also back to normal.

Will see if it holds out tonight.

So FF came and swapped the accedian, I went from ~25Mbps to 102Mbps international.

When that used to be <1MB/s average and peaking 3MB/s.

Hope it stays this way, it's nice.

Busy setting up a new machine, it's nice that all my software is downloaded and installed via chocolatey script, so full machine is set up in <25 minutes for about 15GB of stuff, so averaging my full 100Mbps.

My net is so nice with the issues gone, thanks @Atomic Access for sorting it out/properly applying pressure to Frogfoot when Cool Ideas basically gave up on it.
