Attaching file to email

When I attach a file to an email in MS Outlook, it is being attached as a link and not as an actual file attachment. The message displayed when I attach it, reads: "Uploading attachments to Adobe cloud storage"

What's the format of the file?

YOu have an option to attach it as an attachment (file size limit) or as a link. If it is too big it will automatically attach as link. Otherwise, check your email settings.

Edit>Preferences>Reviewing and then UNCHECK "Share for review using Adobe's cloud storage"

1. Not sure what you mean. It's on my hard drive and I want to attach it to an email.

Try this:
uncheck the Adobe Cloud Add-in in Outlook for it to finally stop attaching as a link

File/Options/Add-ins/Com Add-ins Go button and uncheck
