are the 'escalators', 'stairs' and 'lifts' all broken at MTN?

now 43 days since my first enquiry about a simple coverage question. if MTN cannot answer that how are they supposed to get the important things right?!?

The result of the sites you've listed above have no EDGE upgrades on the cards.

These have very low usage and basically we would need to spend R130 000 for a transceiver upgrade..........

yeah i get the point but then you must understand that they no longer need my support either then. i'll begin the search for an alternative voice and data supplier.

At the end of the day I'm going to give it to you guys the way it is. It will be a real pity to lose you to VM, Cell C or VC but not much I can do about this one
