You can get a set of rear speakers and mount them on top of the box.

You can run the front and rears (if you decide to get them) off the two channels i.e. two speakers per channel. The amp is designed to do that. It reduces it's impedance and increases power. You can clean up the by removing the bass with the built in crossover.

Your Kenwood headunit has an amplifier. Use that to power any rear speakers in future.

Use the Kicker amp to power the front speakers and sub. Your front speakers are primary speakers so should get more power than any rear speakers.
