authentication problems

i regularly have trouble authenticating. when i phone telkom's service line i usually am on hold for 10 minutes by which time the problem has gone. what should i do.

Same problem here What should you Do...Well there is not much you can do

I've had the same trouble.
Did not even bother to phone Telkom. The way they always put you on hold and send you to another department just makes your blood boil.
