I want to check some things on my local municipal website www.emakhazeni.gov.za. When I enter this url, I automatically am redirected to http://flex.vodacom.co.za/err/zerod-web/p/zerod-home/#/splash404
Can anyone tell me how to stop this, please ? I need municipal information !!!

Most of us need municipal information to just stop reaching us.

But if you top up your data bundle, you can travel back in time whenever you lay your eyes on their websites.

Seems like somebody forgot to pay their hosting provider.

I've over 100GB of data so that's not the cause. Just don't want to get re-directed.....
