AVI - help with cleanup

I have an old video, it is now an AVI but the audio is not great, is there any way to "clean" this up?

Thanks Ponder having a look now, oh but thats just for audio? how would it work for a video (AVI)?

There are couple of ways to rip the audio and put it back after cleaning up.

Adobe edition is more a fully feature DAW and a bit expensive while Adobe Soundbooth would a better fit for this task and cost less.
