There are always a lot of threads regarding bad service from companies, but here is one regarding excellent service. Not just doing their job, but actually going beyond that and doing everything to help a customer.
I was looking for a HDMI extender cable (male to female) and couldn't find one anywhere. So I contacted them with what I needed, and even though they did not have anything like this in stock, they contacted their suppliers and found what I was looking for. They quickly added it to their product page so that I could place the order, and made sure it was with the courier the same day. They emailed me a lot of times after hours and phoned me as well to make sure I get what I need.
Big up to AVSupply, will definitely use them again. Other companies in SA can learn a lot from you guys regarding customer service.
