Aw Snap weird error

Hi All

Ok so have something really mind boggling.

There is one person that sends us emails that when we try open mail it comes up with the Aw Snap error 5. Issue is in Chrome but when use Safari on the Mac it works 100%....

Have tried the following

* Incognito Mode
* Clear all cache and settings
* uninstalled chrome and removed profile folder in finder
* Log in with another email address
* restart MAC
* reinstall chrome
* disabling all extensions

Had no luck at all.

Has anyone else had this issue and figured out how to sort it out?

Dont use a web browser for emails unless its gmail.

Don't use non gmail accounts in Gmail.
 
You fail to mention who the mail provider is, probably the most important part of the entire equation.
