Awesome date venue

I don't think they do it by hot air balloon. I think they always use cranes. Too many variables with balloons.

she's a chef - loves all foods so i think she'll appreciate the spanish vibe and theme

If you are willing to drive to PTA there is a restaurant called Kream in Brooklyn that is fantastic :)

Probably a bit far for the OP though.
