How is this product? (Note NOT the just surf 1024)

And with concurrent use of the account (allowing 2 connections) will I still get full speed on each link (will be two seperate telkom lines)

I bought it this month, and the speeds are really good, no shaping so far.

If you use 2 connections on the one account then each connection will be a 512kbps line, you wont get 1Mbps on each line.

Overall, it is a good product I would say.
