AXXESS Android App Restart Connection Not Working

Can Axxess please confirm if the "Restart Connection" in the app is still functional? Does this serve the same function as port recreate?

My internet slows down every now and then, using the "Restart Connection" makes no difference even after waiting for a day. However when phoning help desk and they do the port recreate all is fine.

So does the "restart connection" option actually do anything?

Hi RedViking, to be able to "Port Recreate" via the app, please use the "Fix my line" option. Thank you.

What does the 'Restart Connection' do?

Hi RedViking, you can "view" the line and then scroll down till the "Fix my line" option appears. "Restart connection" is simply switched on and off your router. Thanks

There is no such option. And the app always shows 'your line has no defects'.

Thanks for clarifying 'Restart Connection'.

Is see there is a a 'port recreate' on the website dashboard. Will use that in the future if it's working.
