Axxess Down?

Was going along merrily and then no connection. Can't sign in to their web page and phone is giving me "subscriber you have dialed is not available". Am testing their service so if regulars can tell if this happens often.

I just signed up with them this month and on the 3rd day I randomly get disconnected and I couldn't get through on there phone lines.

Add this speed test to the mix and I'm starting to regret my choice of ISP:

Guys you are worse than children. Axxess had a power failure in the building, that the reason the swich board fell over. If you have to wait too long for telkom to anwer a call, why not cancell adsl and go mobile, lol

I just want to get what I paid for, and my line just got worse later the evening averaging on speeds lower than 1MB.

During the Free Data period then my line was performing at its best so something isn't right.

Axxess is busy looking into my account today.

If you had a power failure then surely you have UPS or didn't that work either lol. Even Telkom doesn't go completely dark! You make it sound as if the phone wasn't working but there was no Axxess at all - no ADSL, no web login, no call centre (and maybe no working backup?)! seemed like it was gone from the face of the planet.

Too many people seem to accept shoddy service in this country but it sucks big time when you are in the middle something important and can't get an idea of what is going on. Anyhow I haven't moved to Axxess yet...

As for trying to insult us to cover Axxess' problem is really not what I need when asking a simple question on the forum:confused:
