AXXESS FIXED IP: I have asked for 30 days for a publicly acessible IP address that my cloud and mail servers can work, I cannot get AXXESS to get it right.
They IP a fixed IP but it is not a proper public IP. DDNS see the routers IP as different to the fixed IP. They cannot understand or do not want to understand that it is not working.
They only change I made was i changed from SADV to OpeServe.
