Axxess Internet Incompetent Support Staff

I have a 40G + 40G LTE Service from Axxess Internet.
I also have a Fiber connection from another ISP. I have given the fiber ISP notice as from 01.10.2022.
I am streaming movies and series from goojara.to and it has been working fine.
My streaming connection
Router to Media box MBX3 via Ethernet Cable
Media box to TV via HDMI Cable

I wanted to setup my Axxess Internet LTE
LTE Router to media box via Ethernet Cable
Media box to TV via HDMI

Everything works on the TV (Chrome browsing, youtube)
As soon as I want to connect to goojara.to in order to stream movies it does not want to work.

I have spent more than R 200 on phone calls to Axxess Internet. Nobody has the knowledge to assist.
Some want me to do a ping test (How it is from media box to tv)

I wanted them to do my fiber as well, but now I am not so sure.

I went to the website to order a new fibre product as i am on vumetel and afrihost.I out in my address and it said there is no fibre for that area..wtf....................i then got fibre.
Can someone tel me who the axxess rep is on this forum

Can any other device stream from that website on Axxess LTE? e.g your phone or laptop or PC?

No I did not cancel Fibre to go to LTE. I have a 50m Fibre with an ISP and a 40G LTE as well. I cancelled my current Fibre ISP and whilst searching for a new ISP wanted to use my current existing LTE in the meantime.

I can tell you. Axxess support staff is incompetent. I am going to cancel my LTE with them as well.

Seeing as you claim that browsing/youtube/other things work, it was probably a problem with the website that you were accessing.

Nope, because the website does work from my normal fibre router. It just does not work from the LTE.
Same Ethernet cable from the router to Media box - The website works
Same Ethernet cable from the LTE router to Media box - The website does not work.
It cannot be a website problem.
 
I have been dealing with Axxess support staff for the past 18 days and I have to admit they are experts at escalating problems. In fact they have told me so everyday. All 18 of them. Still have no internet but boy is their nox team and the Vuma guys busy. Everyday they are talking about my problem. Maybe someday soon they will F-ing fix it
