So I sent the following to both the sales and support departments of Axxess:

Good day,

I am interested in your 4Mbps ADSL offerings.

I did notice on your website you have the Uncapped ADSL and the Uncapped Business ADSL.

I would like to know what the difference between those is exactly, further I want to know what the upload speed is for each offering.
Also if you would explain to me what your throttling policy is.

And this is the response I got back:

Hi There

The business ADSL has priorities that's made for business like emailing and web browsing. Focus more on that as with the downloads. So there is more focus on emailing and web browsing as downloads for the business uncapped were the uncapped 4 meg you can download also. Its for people that want to download like gamers ect.

First off, I am not an Axxess client. I could potentially be if they tell me what the F I want to know.
Second, this dudes English is terrible. I a a foreigner and my English is perfect in comparison.
Next up, they completely disregarded my questions! Should I have put a big bold heading which reads, "Questions", and then numbered each one and left blank lines in between??

So now should me response to this be a short and simple, "F U you stupid f*#k" or what?
Were this in Bulgaria, I would go and hit this man in the face.
 
It's only fair that I post the next response I got from Axxess:

Hi There

The Business uncapped accounts get high priority for business protocols (VOIP, Terminal Services, Web Browsing, Email) where Peer to Peer, HTTP downloading and NNTP traffic is restricted as they are not typical business protocols.

The Uncapped Accounts are evaluated regularlythe for available capacity and the performance of our network. Customers who have used more than the average user will be managed first by our Axxess Protocol Manager.Should your account become managed we will only manage your Peer to Peer, HTTP download and NNTP traffic. As your usage starts to fall within the average users group the management on your traffic will be relaxed. The upload speed of the account will be determined by the adsl line speed that you have.

There are specific upload rates assigned to all adsl lines.
1mbps - 4mbps lines = 512kbps upload(max)
above 4mbps lines = 512kbps - 1024kbps.
These upload speeds are merely an indication, it wo! uld be dependant on the state of the line and a lot of different factors.

I also want to apologising for the lack of information in the past reply.
